Jim Brady tackles land development with a visionary and strategic approach, interfacing directly with engineers, planners, attorneys, adjacent owners, local constituents and officials at the township, county and state levels. He facilitates the approval process by developing consensus and winning community support. As approvals are finalized, Jim immediately turns to creatively marketing the properties and working with the real estate brokerage community.
Mr. Brady’s real estate expertise is the product of 33 years of experience in the field, dating back to 1983 when he began working in commercial real estate brokerage and office leasing in Morris, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.
Since forming Brady Realty in 1988, Jim has partnered with highly qualified real estate professionals in effectively and successfully executing defined real estate undertakings having varying levels of complexity and challenge. As a result, Brady Realty is able to offer a wide range of capabilities including acquisition, brokerage, construction management, consulting, development, disposition, property management, site remediation and repurposing or smart growth development.
Mr. Brady was a partner in the master planning, acquisition, development and construction phases of the 700+ acre Hamilton Farm equestrian, golf and residential development in Bedminster and Peapack-Gladstone.
Jim served for 10 years on The Nature Conservancy of New Jersey Board and for 10 years on the Conservation Resources Board, and he currently serves on the Gladstone Equestrian Association (http://gea-nj.org) and LifeCamp (http://greaternewarklifecamp.org) Boards.
